Instant feedback uses the camera on your phone or tablet during training sessions to correct your poses in real-time, ensuring proper exercise execution and increasing safety. What types of workouts will I find on StretchMe?

On our Stretchme platform, you will find various workouts, including:

  • Proprietary Stretchme stretching and strengthening classes focused on flexibility and mobility.
  • Barre workouts that combine ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training.
  • Yoga practices to help you better understand your body and its capabilities.
Our workouts range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes, catering to different schedules and fitness levels.

Do I need experience in stretching to use StretchMe?

No prior experience in stretching is necessary. Stretchme offers workouts at every level, tailored to your lifestyle and needs. Our trainers will guide you through your stretching journey and help you achieve your goals.

Can I preview the offered workouts for free?

Yes! We also offer a 14-day free trial, during which you will have full access to our training library to determine if Stretchme is right for you.

How does the subscription work?

A StretchMe subscription is available for:

  • 1 month
  • 3 months,
  • 1 year.

Subscriptions are automatically renewable, so if you do not wish to continue, you must cancel it in the app. StretchMe offers a 14-day trial period

What are the payment options?

Users can pay directly via the App Store or Google Play Store. There is no possibility to pay via the website. However, users can receive a voucher code from their employer and pay with the voucher via website registration or business login. All the benefit system platforms that we work with are listed on our website www.stretchme.app.

On which devices can I use StretchMe?

StretchMe can be fully used on iOS and Android mobile devices. The mobile version can be downloaded via the App Store and Google Play Store. Workouts can also be accessed on the web platform from any browser.

What do I need for the workouts?

For most workouts, you only need a mat and some free space. For some workouts, having blocks, resistance bands, and a yoga wheel will be advantageous. If you don't have the equipment you can always try to work with replacement like books instead of yoga blocks or belt instead of bands.

Who leads the workouts?

All Stretchme workouts are led by certified instructors from our brick-and-mortar studio:

Monika Stasiak
Coach of the proprietary StretchMe program, inspired by gymnastics, dance, and yoga. Stretching is an integral part of her personality, complemented by her positive attitude, gratitude, joy, and open-mindedness. She believes in creating beautiful moments and will show you that stretching can become the most enjoyable part of your day or week.

Natalia Zagumna
A graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw with a degree in physiotherapy, certified personal trainer, and enthusiast of human body movement. With a background in sports, theater, acrobatics, and dance, she is constantly exploring new forms of self-expression. She aims to demonstrate the beauty and capability of the human body through movement.

Nikola Chmiel
A former dancer and certified yoga teacher, Nikola discovered her love for stretching through dance and yoga. Her passion for teaching others is evident in her heartfelt classes, which are designed for everyone.

Karolina Bigaj
Karolina is a stretching trainer who found her passion for dance and stretching through pole dance. She started stretching training under the watchful eye of Monika to perfect her skills. With a systematic approach and perseverance, her passion turned into a love for stretching, which shenow passes on to others during her training sessions. Karolina appreciates the willingness to work and positive attitude in her participants. Her goal is not only to help develop flexibility but also to inspire others to discover and develop their potential. Hanna Wlaz
Hanna graduated with honors from the General Ballet School in Poznań. While still in school, she participated in national and international ballet competitions and performed in repertory performances at the Grand Theater in Poznan. After receiving her dancer's diploma, she joined the ballet company of the Grand Theater, where she danced in ballet and opera performances, while deepening her knowledge and competence in both dance and yoga, Pilates, and stretching. Hanna enthusiastically shares her knowledge of ballet, trying to show that learning classical dance can be an interesting adventure not only for children but also for adults. Her goal is to encourage physical activity for people of all ages and show that exercise can be a source of joy and a way to feel better.

Workouts are not recorded, and we do not have access to your camera view. Any pictures taken during the workout are anonymized and used solely for tracking your progress.
